Radek is experienced in a number of operational areas and business functions including HR Management, development of people strategies; implementation of HR solutions and processes; organisational design/development and Recruiting; talent acquisition and Digital HR.

Highly competent and effective at building key relationships based on trust and integrity. He has gained significant experience and knowledge by learning from very strong and experienced leaders in the Mater University Hospital, Virtue Integrated Elder Care and An Post, which he is very grateful for.
