Colin Morgan-Monteiro, Head of Older Persons Services

Colin has over 20 yrs experience working in the care of the older persons.
Having trained in London as an Adult Nurse, he gained experience in the acute sector specifically in Emergency Care & Pre/Post Operative Surgical Care.

Colin moved into the speciality of Older Persons care in 2004, since then he has work in many Managerial roles including:
-Director of nursing/Person in charge
-Senior management/Governance roles
across a wide range of service areas: nursing homes, residential dementia care, dementia day care and home care support services.

Colin values strong leadership, high quality care, and compassionate service delivery, he has previously worked in various sectors including the Health Service , Private & other Charitable organisations.
